Public housing applications are accepted Monday through Friday (closed for lunch from 12 p.m. to 1p.m.) between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Please provide photo ID for anyone over the age of 18, proof of income, social security cards and birth certificates for all family members.

Section 8 Waiting List

The Section 8 Waiting List opens periodically and fills up quickly. News of the list opening period is published via local and social mediums and at the Tenant Selection Office. Anyone wishing to be placed on the Waiting List will have to follow the process published at that time. The current Wait List opened and closed February 14, 2023, where only 1,500 applications will be accepted.
